The Committee on Technology and Infrastructure moved to amend the bill on page 7, section 6, line 1, by striking the word “five” and then un-striking the word “three”,

And,

On page 7, section 6, line 5, after the words “State of West Virginia” by striking the word “and” and inserting the word “or”,

And,

One page 7, section 6, line 6, after the words “State of West Virginia” by striking the period and inserting in lieu there of “or a licensed attorney in good standing with the West Virginia State Bar.”.
